Digital overload I Health in the workplace I Longevity

Luise Walther

Expert in neurocentric training, pain and performance coach, author, Z-Health Master Coach

‘I am convinced that good exercise does not require tools – but when it comes to pain and performance, small, well-designed tools make all the difference. Because they make tangible what often remains abstract.’

I originally come from the cultural industry, which gives me a perspective that always looks beyond the horizon. Today, I work as a coach, speaker and author at the intersection of movement, the nervous system and longevity.

What drives me? The conviction that health is not a matter of chance. Rather, it is the result of good self-awareness, everyday strategies and a nervous system that knows how to regulate, react and regenerate.

As a Z-Health® Master Coach, I specialise in neurocentric training. My focus: promoting body intelligence, understanding pain, rethinking movement. I work with individuals, teams, companies and in the education sector – always with the aim of making complex things easy to experience. With my approach, I consciously move beyond dogma and diet promises. I don't believe in pills as a permanent solution – I believe in brain-based strategies that work. Directly. Sustainably. And above all: in real life.

Why ARTZT neuro? Quite simply: because we speak the same language.

We both believe that good exercise doesn't require big machines, but smart impulses, well-designed tools – and people who understand what they are doing.

For me, ARTZT neuro products are not gimmicks, but amplifiers: they help make neurotraining tangible. They show how strongly the brain influences movement, tension and even pain.

What I particularly appreciate about our collaboration:

  • The shared commitment to translating science into practice
  • The open attitude to new things – from small tools to large training programmes
  • And the conviction that health is more than just sport – it's a question of perception, the nervous system and self-efficacy

Whether it's events, content, training or product development, I'm looking forward to breaking new ground with ARTZT neuro – and inspiring as many people as possible to realise their own potential.
