Questions about the ARTZT neuro online shop

How do I change my password, email address or address?

You can change your personal data in your customer account. You can find this under the symbol with the little man in the top right. There you will initially only see your most recent orders. If you click on your initials in the top right again, you can change your name and address under "Profile".

Since your customer account is linked to your email address, you unfortunately cannot change your stored email address later. If you want to change your email address, you must create a new customer account with the new address.

Where can I find my password?

Your customer account is not protected by a normal password, but by 2-factor email authentication. When you enter your email address to log into your customer account, you will receive an email with a 6-digit code. All you have to do is enter this code in the field provided and you are logged in.

How can I delete my customer account?

You can delete your customer account at any time. Please write an email to our customer support at support@artzt.eu and request that your customer account be deleted.

Please understand that you cannot delete your customer account yourself.

How long does delivery take?

If you order from us today, we will send your package on its way the next working day (Monday - Friday) via DHL or UPS. Different delivery times apply depending on where you live:

European Union

DHL Paket International: 2-4 working days DHL Warenpost International: 2-8 working days

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change the delivery and billing addresses you have stored in your customer account at any time.

Please understand that your delivery address cannot be edited retroactively if your order has already been processed.

What payment methods are available at ARTZT neuro?

We currently offer the following payment methods in our online shop: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, Union Pay, VISA, Maestro Card, Master Card

How can I return items?

You can return items from our online shop free of charge within 100 days of receipt via our shipping partner DHL. Please note that the items must be in their original condition and must not show any signs of use.

Here's how it works:

  • Please fill out the return registration form completely.
  • You can then create your own return label at dhl.de.
  • You can then drop off the package at the nearest DHL branch, Packstation or parcel box. You can find a collection point near you at dhl.de
  • Please be sure to keep the original parcel delivery receipt for possible investigations.
