Shipping policy

General information

  • There is no minimum order value.
  • Your order will be shipped with our shipping partners DHL or DPD.
  • Items with a maximum packing size of 35.3 x 25 x 5 cm and a maximum weight of 1 kg will be shipped individually and exclusively throughout Germany by DHL Warenpost.
  • Items can only be delivered to Packstations within Germany. Only parcels carried by DHL can be received at Packstations. The minimum size of a parcel is 15 x 11 x 1 cm, the maximum size is 60 x 35 x 35 cm.
  • During the order process, you have the option of entering a shipping address that differs from the billing address.
  • Orders will not be processed on regional and national holidays.
  • As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
  • If the DHL parcel could not be delivered to you or a neighbour, you will receive a notification card with which you can collect the parcel from the specified branch within seven working days on presentation of your ID or request a repeat delivery attempt. If the DHL parcel was not collected by you within the storage period or if it could not be handed in during the repeated delivery attempt, it will be deemed undeliverable and returned to us.
  • On the day before delivery, DPD will notify you either by e-mail or text message that a parcel is on its way to you. If the delivery is inconvenient, you have the following options: Issue a hold-key, delivery to a neighbour, delivery to a DPD parcel shop, postponement of the delivery by up to 7 working days. On the day of delivery you will receive another message with the estimated delivery time window. If the delivery is inconvenient, you can still redirect the parcel. If DPD does not hear from you and you are not at home on the day of delivery, the parcel will go directly to a parcel shop where it will be stored for 7 days for collection. An identification document is required for collection.
  • Please note that due to the current situation, there may be occasional delays in delivery.

If you order from us today, we will send your parcel on the next working day (Mon. - Fri.) via DHL or DPD - free of shipping costs for orders over 49,00 € in Germany.

Shipment status
