I have been involved in sports since I was a child and played competitive football, even though I didn't make it to a professional career in the end. But I knew that I would remain loyal to sport in some way. And since every journey begins with the first step, I decided to lay a solid foundation and began studying dual fitness economics at the German University for Prevention and Health Management, while also continuing my education in several areas of training science during my studies.

But as an athlete, you realise that there is more! That's how I became aware of neuroathletic training and knew right away that this was an approach that would take me to a whole new level of individuality. And since then, I have been living neuroathletics every day – for myself and for my athletes. Training your own neural fingerprint in motion is absolutely fascinating to me.

That's why it was clear to me from the start that I wanted to be one of the best neuroathletic trainers in the industry one day, and I haven't stopped improving since – even when life throws a few obstacles in my way. But even those can be used to build something beautiful.
