How do I take the bundle during the day?

In the morning, one spray of Vitamin D3K2 directly into the mouth. In the forenoon, stir one sachet of More Focus into water, yogurt, or a cold smoothie - with some time between that and coffee. I have thyroid issues - is this bundle suitable for me?

What can Vitamin D and Vitamin K do according to EU Health Claims?
