One spray of vitamin D3K2 directly into the mouth - ideally with a fatty meal, as the absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins D3 and K2 is then slightly better. One capsule of iodine with a large gulp of water - can be taken at any time. Two capsules of Omega 3 with a fatty meal so that the fatty acids are well absorbed. Order doesn't matter. Duration: less than one minute per day. Tip: If you want to get the most out of the spray, hold it in your mouth for 20-60 seconds (inside of the cheek or under the tongue).

Often not. Training, focus rituals, sleep hygiene - all of this works much better when your foundation is solid. If you lack iodine, vitamin D, or omega 3, your metabolism, nervous system, and immune system will fundamentally only function to a limited extent. A capsule pack of Iodine contains 90 daily doses, a spray bottle of D3K2 contains around 83 daily doses - so both last about 3 months. Omega 3 has 30 daily servings per pack and is replenished monthly. Therefore, only the Omega-3 quantity is scaled in the bundle.

Per capsule: 200 µg iodine (133% NRV) and 57 mg elemental magnesium from 100% magnesium bisglycinate. Bisglycinate is one of the most bioavailable and stomach-friendly forms of magnesium – in contrast to cheap forms such as magnesium oxide. In many market products, bisglycinate is only a small proportion. We use 100%.

MK-7 all-trans is the most bioavailable form of vitamin K2 – half-life 48-72 hours, compared to only 1-4 hours for vitamin K1 or MK-4. This means a more consistent supply instead of strong fluctuations. And it is only present in low doses or not at all in many products.

Vitamin D3 improves calcium absorption in the body. Vitamin K2 ensures that calcium is preferentially incorporated into bones and does not remain in the vessel walls - while the remaining calcium in the blood is still available for muscles, nerves, and blood clotting. K2 is the missing puzzle piece for safe, long-term D3 intake.

Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption in the body. Vitamin K2 complements this as a bone vitamin: it is discussed in connection with calcium metabolism, especially with the storage of calcium in bones. Therefore, many experts recommend the combination of D3 and K2 for long-term supply.

Algae oil naturally has a significantly lower risk of marine contaminants such as heavy metals, PCBs or microplastics. And: no fishy taste, no burping. Also suitable if you live vegetarian. Our oil comes from Schizochytrium sp. and is produced entirely in Europe.

Yes. Cortisol – which is increasingly secreted during periods of stress – increases magnesium excretion by the kidneys. Simply put: the more stress you experience, the more magnesium you lose. Therefore, a reliable magnesium intake is particularly important during intense periods.

Very likely yes. The main sources of iodine are saltwater fish and seafood – these are eliminated in a plant-based diet. Vitamin D is only produced through sun exposure or supplementation. And omega-3 from fish oil is not an option for vegetarians or vegans – our omega-3 comes from algal oil. Therefore, professional societies recommend targeted iodine, vitamin D, and omega-3 supplementation for those on a plant-based diet.
