About Dr. Magdalena Schauenberg
Dr. Magdalena Schauenberg is a social scientist with a doctorate, specializing in sociology, psychology, and pedagogy. She studied at the Technical University of Dresden and received her doctorate from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
She consistently refined her professional focus over many years, particularly during a six-year stay in Singapore, where she intensively explored holistic health approaches and deepened her knowledge through international, English-language training.
In addition to her academic background, she deliberately expanded her expertise with practice-oriented qualifications: as a running coach, yoga instructor, holistic nutrition coach, health coach, fitness trainer, and nutrient coach.
Today, she is regarded as a distinguished expert in combining scientific background knowledge with practical health strategies, especially in the field of women's health and menopause.
With her online course meinHormonkurs.de, her blog, podcast, as well as lectures and workshops, she conveys complex relationships in an understandable, structured, and practical way. Her focus is on supporting people to independently understand and actively shape their health.
She manages the health center Kensho in Niederrhein, where training, therapy, and holistic health concepts are combined.
A special focus of her current work is on the development of evidence-based, thoughtfully combined nutrient solutions. In collaboration with ARTZT neuro, she develops products aimed at supporting people in their daily lives, from a solid basic supply to targeted support for regeneration (“Calm”) and focus and performance. Further products are under development.
In addition to her work as a coach and lecturer, she regularly works with women in various life stages, from health-oriented beginners to performance-oriented clients, and directly incorporates this experience into her content and programs.
