1. Hang up & keep your distance

Hang the chart 4 metres away or hold it up – this is the basis for a correct eye test.

2. Check line by line

Read the line that you can clearly see and name the opening of the rings – e.g. “top right”. Continue until you can no longer see anything.

3. Read the result

On the left-hand side, you will find your visual acuity in percent. 100% corresponds to a visual acuity of 1 – i.e. normal vision.

What is the ARTZT neuro vision chart (4 m)?

The vision chart is a DIN A4 test card made of thick 400 g/m² paper with a matt single-sided lamination. It shows Landolt rings in accordance with EN ISO 8596 and contains a green and red line that marks the normal range. Ideal for vision tests at a distance of 4 metres – quick and easy to use anywhere.

What training effect does the eye chart have?

It is used to check visual acuity (visual acuity) with an easy-to-understand percentage display on the left-hand side. This allows you to easily check whether your eye exercises are working – for example, whether your visual acuity is 100% (visual acuity 1).
