We can go three days without eating, three days without drinking, but how long without breathing? Neuro trainer Kevin Grafen shows you how to train your breathing with the right exercises.
Our everyday life is characterized by sitting. We sit at work, we sit at home, we sit in front of the TV. The problem with sitting is that our breathing muscles don't work properly. That's why sports scientist and Z-Health master trainer Kevin Grafen shows you a few simple exercises that will let you breathe properly again.
When was the last time you really took a deep breath? Our breathing is a central component of our health and well-being. Nothing works without her. And yet we neglect them criminally in our everyday life, which is characterized by sitting. Stress and tension are often the result of improper breathing.
The neuroathletic breathing belt can help you breathe properly again by activating and training the muscles that are important for breathing. The focus is on (re)learning abdominal and diaphragmatic breathing, which can also have a positive effect on any tension in the neck area. Deep breathing can also relieve stress and pain.
And that's very easy: The wide, slightly elastic band is placed around the torso as a resistance band, more or less tight depending on preference. The first exercise is to breathe in in all directions against the resistance of the belt, noticing the path of the breath. Important: always breathe in relaxed and quietly through your nose!
This is how you set a targeted stimulus for correct breathing in everyday life. A positive side effect: Abdominal breathing into the belt provides activating pressure in the visceral area of the abdomen and thus stimulates the vagus nerve, which as a "healing nerve" can provide stress relief and inner peace. 20 to 30 minutes a day is enough. Gradual extension of the wearing time and permanent wearing is possible!
