Returns

All items ordered in our online shop can be returned to us free of charge via our shipping partner DHL within 100 days of receipt.

Please note that items can only be returned in their original condition.

The goods must not show any signs of wear. If you would like to return an item to us, please do the following:

• Please fill out the return registration form completely.
• You can then create your own return label at dhl.de.
• You can then drop off the package at the nearest DHL branch, packing station or parcel box. You can find a collection point near you at dhl.de
• Please be sure to keep the original parcel delivery receipt for possible investigations.
