The colour glasses for neuroathletic training

The sporty design of the ARTZT neuro color glasses allows you to immerse yourself in the different color spectra even when running, cycling, etc. The frame also provides the necessary comfort when doing sports and keeps them firmly on the head. Each color from the solar spectrum has a specific effect on our psyche and our body. This is due to the fact that each of these colors has a typical wavelength and energy that is transferred to our body. The color is created in the moment of seeing, i.e. in the cooperation between the eyes and the brain. Individual experiences and color-specific associations (yellow = lemon - sour) play an important role here.

The possible effects listed below are only guidelines or empirical values; the actual effect may occur or vary individually for each user.

Yellow - Concentration

Uplifting, cheerful, stimulating / pupil dilating and contrast enhancing / not recommended for stressed visual system

Red - Power

Stimulating, accelerating, toning / strong irritant effect / short wearing time recommended

Green - Harmony

Neutralizing, calming, balancing / longer wearing time possible according to individual preference

Blue - Anti-Stress

Relaxing, calming (breathing) / longer wearing time possible according to individual preference
