Wanja, Johannes Litwinow is an athletic trainer specialising in neurocentric training and a graduate sports scientist with a focus on prevention and rehabilitation. He currently contributes his expertise through his company Neuromeets at the RB Leipzig youth academy and at the Olympic Training Centre in Saxony. At the same time, he is a senior lecturer and coordinator of the International Coaching Course at the Faculty of Sports Science in Leipzig.
Wanja has gained a wealth of experience with the neurocentric approach, both as an athletic trainer in a club environment and in associations and Olympic sports. Until 2024, he worked for the German Football Association as athletic trainer for the U16 and U17 women's national teams.
Prior to that, he was responsible for the athletics and rehabilitation training of the RB Leipzig women's first team for several years. In all areas, he systematically integrated neurocentric principles into everyday training and competition with the aim of specifically improving or supporting performance, movement efficiency and rehabilitation processes.
In 2023, he founded Neuromeets with the aim of making neurocentric principles accessible and understandable for various areas of application. The focus is on practical application in competitive sports and rehabilitation, as well as targeted knowledge transfer through training courses, workshops and in-house training.
To pursue this goal, Wanja has worked with ARTZT neuro as a speaker for in-house training courses in rehabilitation clinics and physiotherapy and osteopathy practices, among other things. He also contributed his expertise to the Therapy Trade Fair in Leipzig and the German Gymnastics Festival 2025. Working with ARTZT neuro is a logical step for him, because it is not just about products, but about a shared understanding of movement and how to promote it. Together, they pursue the goal of making neurocentric content tangible and effective.
