When will my order be shipped?
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery within Germany is typically 2–5 business days. International orders may take slightly longer depending on the destination country.
How can I track my order?
After shipping, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to check the current status of your package at any time.
Which payment methods are offered?
You can pay securely and conveniently in our shop – we accept PayPal, credit card, Sofortüberweisung, Apple Pay and Klarna, among others.
How does the return work?
You can return unused items to us within 30 days of receipt. You can find all return information on our Return Policy page.
Please note that items can only be returned in their original condition. The goods must therefore show no signs of wear.
Do you cover the return shipping costs?
Yes, we will cover the return shipping costs for returns within Germany. Otherwise, you will bear the direct costs of the return.
