ABC with a difference
The ARTZT neuro Marsden Ball is a popular tool in visual therapy. The ball is used to train eye tracking movements and thus the sustained focus on moving objects. It is a ball with an artificial leather surface and printed letters that is attached to a string.
The training device helps you gain a better understanding of your own eye movements. The goal is to coordinate your eye movements and control them effortlessly, and to visually anticipate movements and changes. Precise and predictable eye movements guide the targeted movement of the body.
In the various exercise units, the letters on the ball must be read out loud while it swings back and forth. This can optionally be combined with certain head and evasive movements. The Marsden Ball is a simple but very effective training tool, especially for teaching children who have problems focusing with both eyes.

HOW DOES THE MARSDEN BALL WORK?
By reading the alphabet out loud while you swing the ball, you create a connection between seeing and hearing. And why not also integrate head and dodging movements? This makes the training both playful and effective at the same time!
