    COLOURS AND THEIR EFFECT

    Yellow – concentration
    Uplifting, cheerful and stimulating. It dilates the pupils and increases contrast. However, it is not recommended for use by a stressed visual system.

    Red – strength
    Invigorating, accelerating and toning. This colour has a strong stimulating effect – so we recommend a short wearing time.

    Green – harmony
    Neutralising, calming and balancing. You can try out longer periods of wear based on your own personal perception.

    Blue – anti-stress
    Relaxing and soothing for the breathing. Again, it is possible to wear this for a longer period of time, depending on your personal preference.
