Magnesium bisglycinate is a form of magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. It is one of the most bioavailable and stomach-friendly magnesium compounds – in contrast to cheap forms such as magnesium oxide, which is often poorly absorbed and can cause stomach problems. In many products on the market, bisglycinate often makes up only a small proportion. We use 100%.
