Sports scientist (MA) and trained sports therapist

Daniel Müller works in an individual setting with professional athletesfrom various sports as well as a movement therapist with pain patientsin the orthopedic and neurological fields. He has completed national and international training in the field of functional neurology, including the Z-Health curriculum by Dr. Eric Cobb, Neurokinetic Therapy, Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex, Primal Reflex Release Technique as well as further training in Applied Kinesiology, functional anatomy and training theory.

Daniel is a trainer for the Neurokinetic Therapy® seminar series in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. There he trains the application of receptor-based therapy methods for physiotherapistscoachesSince 2019, he has been working with the elite swimmers of the German Swimming Association, where he uses neurocentric methods to improve performance and prevent disease. This resulted in a training concept he developed for neurocentric training for German swimming, which he has been establishing since 2021.

In addition, he has been the head athletic trainer of SC Magdeburg Handball in the 1st Bundesliga since 2019. He regularly publishes articles for specialist journals on the topics of functional neurology and individualized training and therapy approaches. As a sports scientist, he deals with the research principles of neurocentric approaches and is completing his doctorate on the topic of “Visual Training in Sport” at the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. Thanks to his experience in practice and science, Daniel is also a sought-after speaker and therapist for companies and professional athletes worldwide.

He lives with his wife Sarah and their three children on the edge of the forest in his home village near Magdeburg.
